1. What we collect

When you purchase a space on The Startup Board, we collect your company name, website URL, tagline, and logo. Payments are processed via NOWPayments (crypto gateway). We do not store payment credentials or wallet addresses on our servers.

2. How we use your data

Your company information (name, URL, logo, tagline) is displayed publicly on the board as part of your purchased space. Your email is used solely for purchase confirmation and product updates related to The Startup Board.

3. Data permanence

By purchasing a space, you acknowledge that your company information will be displayed permanently on the board. After December 31, 2026, the board freezes and no modifications can be made. This is a core feature of the product, not a limitation.

4. Third-party services

We use NOWPayments for crypto payment processing and Supabase for data storage. Both services maintain their own privacy policies. We use basic analytics to track board visits and click-through rates on startup logos.

5. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account data at any time before December 31, 2026 by contacting us. Note that your public board space cannot be removed after purchase — only your private account data can be deleted.
