1. The product

The Startup Board is a pixel marketplace where startups purchase permanent display space on a shared board. All purchases are one-time, lifetime payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

2. Purchases are final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital real estate — your space is reserved immediately upon purchase and removed from available inventory — we do not offer refunds. Please review your tier selection carefully before completing payment.

3. The freeze date

On December 31, 2026 at 23:59 UTC, the board closes permanently. No new spaces can be purchased after this date. Existing spaces remain live indefinitely. This date is fixed and will not be extended under any circumstance.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of your logo and company information. By submitting content, you grant The Startup Board a permanent, irrevocable license to display it on the board. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you submit.

5. Prohibited content

You may not submit logos or URLs that link to illegal content, malware, phishing, adult content, or anything that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to remove spaces that violate this policy without refund.

6. Backlinks

Do-follow backlinks are provided as part of your purchase. We do not guarantee specific SEO outcomes. Domain authority increases organically as the board grows and attracts more traffic.
